Baseball Ontario Arm Care Proposal
Baseball Ontario has teamed up with Baseball Canada and U.S based Pitch Smart program to restructure the rest periods for Minor Baseball pitchers.

The proposal restricts the amount of pitches thrown far more than current rules and also add further rests days.  You can download it HERE
