For any Umpire that has yet to receive a login for the Horizonwebref app from the Sarnia Umpire Association you must contact them.

Typically, if you took your course in Sarnia, a roster from the clinic is sent to the Sarnia Association and they should contact you...However, if you took the course elsewhere it is necessary you contact the Umpire Assignor

If you do have a login already you need to set your status to available...
