2020 Refunds Update August 25
UPDATES ON REFUNDS: Please review important information

We have direct deposited all entries asking for a refund through PayPal and issued cheques by mail to the others.  If you are still waiting for your refund and have filled out the refund declaration form please contact us.  We sincerely apologize to those of you that are waiting for a cheque.  We have corrected the delay and you should receive it shortly.

For those members that have not filled out the REFUND DECLARATION form, we are making a hard cutoff for September 15th, 2020.  All outstanding registrations from that point forward will be applied to the 2021 season as we close out 2020.  Should you then choose to request a refund after September 15th, there will be a hefty 50% deduction. This information will also be posted on our mediums. Please contact our registrar if you have questions or concerns.
