2026 Volunteer Committment Payment Form
Please make payment here if you choose to make an online payment for the mandatory Volunteer Committment policy.
NOTE you will only need to fill out this form to make payment of the Volunteer Committment of $200.00 if providing cash or cheque there is no need. Thank you!

Volunteer Commitment Payment Form
As per this years Volunteer Commitment program we have asked each family to provide a post dated cheque for $200 dated, October 1, 2026
Cheques made payable to Corunna Minor Athletic Association (cheques cashed/destroyed/returned after the October 1st deadline. 

Required:
Individual Players- 4 hours
Family of 2+ players- 6 hours

We have heard that obtaining cheques has become difficult at the banks. So if you can not provide a post-dated cheque we will need you to make a $200 payment here. 

Repayments for hours completed will be made after October 1, 2026.

We will be posting volunteer opportunities as they come available.

After you press submit for your payment you will be taken to our payment page (Sports Pay) a $200 fee is required if you can not provide a  post dated cheque.
Refunds will be made in October providing your Volunteer Hours are completed via refund to your Sports Pay payment format.
