Sorry guys!   The game is cancelled due to the wet field.   I have asked the other coach if he wanted to try tomorrow or Thursday if I could get a field. I will wait to hear from him but if you can, let me know your availability.   Otherwise I will see you all on Friday for practice.   Coach Ed

School is out, summer has begun, baseball and a win for the boys of the Corunna 2 Rookie League - It doesn't get any better than this! Great game. So many awesome plays. The Wallaceburg team was hitting the cover off the ball late in the game but, the Corunna boys held them off with several great plays in the field and squeaked out a close 8 - 7 win.

Following up on last night's email. The other team is asking if we can move the game to 6:00 PM this Saturday. Please let me know as soon as possible if you would be able to make a 6:00 PM game (at the field around 5:30) on Saturday so I can reply. I have only heard from 4 families so far. Thanks, Coach Ed

Great game between the two Corunna Sr. Rookie teams. Several big hits by both teams and many awesome plays in the field. Sr. Rookie #2 (falcons) edged out the Sr. Rookie #1 (Bandits) by a close 13 to 10 score. Great game boys.

Great game boys. Keep up the hard work. You looked like a real good baseball team out there this evening. All the coaches are very proud of all of you.
