Volunteering? We need a Vulnerable Sector Screen And You Need A Letter!!
Submitted By CorunnaMinorBaseball on Thursday, April 4, 2019
Thank you to our volunteers for all your time and efforts...We are so lucky to have you!!

New to the 2019 Season, Corunna Minor Athletic Association is requiring all Volunteers to secure and submit a valid Vulnerable Sector Screen (VSS).

Please continue to read if you plan on helping out with us this summer!

You can obtain a VSS at any OPP detachment.  Corunna hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Screens are valid for 3 years. If you have had a screen in the that time frame please submit a copy to CMAA.

Please print, fill and bring the Volunteer Letter for VSS with you to the detachment.  By presenting this letter you will not be charged for the screen as you are volunteering with CMAA.  Without the form you will be billed.  The letter is found under our Risk Management Tab in the website Library. OR you can access by clicking HERE

If you would like to start the paperwork before going to the detachment, you can print off the pdf VSS Form.  This is also found in our Library but you can get a copy HERE (requires Adobe 10 or higher)

The response time is typically 7 to 14 days

We are asking this is completed before June 1st, 2019. Your coach or convenor will collect them from you or you can send a digital copy to [email protected]
